Server: TG
Map: Zatar Wetlands
Army: MEC
ImageImage

This was the best time I have ever had on Zatar Wetlands, Vanilla or PR!

Post Action Summary:
1. Voip Squad formed with 1min 27 sec till insertion.
2. Orders given to secure three armor units and move out to waypoint 1.
3. Securing, successful with 2 tanks and 1 apc.
4. Waypoint arrival, successful.
5. Engaged two enemy units, casualty to squad was high, two tanks 1 tank lost, 1 APC lost.
6. Squad reform and move out on foot to waypoint 1, acquired two H-AT kits
7. Arrive at waypoint, set rally point, move out to engage.
8. Squad has extended enemy engagement, casualties taken, offensive maintained till armor reinforcements arrived to annihilate enemy entrenchment.
9. Squad ordered to move towards factory, becomes trapped by multiple enemy units, take refuge in rock cover and continue to take out multiple repair trucks and enemy armor units.
10. Squad leader KIA, Squad remains at rock refuge and holds out till they are out of ammo and then valiantly takes factory with just two squad members and no ammo left!!!
11. Squad ordered to retake rear flag, falls back and takes out two enemy armor units and two squads in flag radius, then takes flag.
12. Order to fall back again and take farm flag that has fallen. Squad falls back and takes out 1 enemy tank and multiple infantry units, Secures flag area.
13. Squad remains in hills around farm taking out enemy armor and units moving into nearby wetlands and forward flag.
14. Squad ordered to stay and defend till the end, MEC lose 0-3.

This was THE best time I have had in a long time! The squad did what I said when I said! I designated targets with my binocs, and my H-AT guys would move into position and take them out. The other guys in the squad supported with ammo or meds or armor as needed. We held out a LONG time at the rocks with no support, and two squaddies were able to take it out from under US eyes! I can't say enough about these guys, please rejoin my squad ANY time....VOIP SQUAD LEADER OUT!

One of the best gunner the pilot can wish for:

Post by 2481 »

Ladies and Gentlemen,

This is something that I should've done a long time ago...

There is a un-sung hero among the pilot/armor-community in PR:

Player name: "EMNYRON"

Kit/viechle: gunner for helicopters/HAT - operator/gunner for armor

Map and side: You name it - this guy delivers :)

Act of heroism/good conduct: True expert helicopter gunner in any given situation (even the ones that pilot never wishes to experience) - probably one the best out there in PR scene / outstanding HAT-, and armor-operator

I personally want to thank my long-time trusted gunner - a true expert when it comes to killing the enemy from above. A distinguished gunner in armor and a keen predator of enemy armor with the HAT.

This man knows how to kill you - period.

Fight hard, bro. See you in the fields.

What I see on this pic:
There's a sniper in your squad, sitting on the top of the hill next to your RP; neatly giving it away, you're dead at South Bunker, no one is actually defending it and one of your squad members has Pilot kit and is camping for the jets. Explains why USMC got both Bunkers in the next pic

Reccomend everyone in this Sqaud:
Image

Despite it being a Annoying round in Starting out with capturing East, then going over to the west (In which I ran past APCs and Infantry in a Humvee, only to fall off a Bridge and roll 3 times before being killed).

Was a very fun round none the less Defending West beach, at one point I said we had to do a "Suicide Run" where we took the Humvee up the north road at west beach, and managed to get rid of a Sqaud, Firebase and Eventually a APC in Flanking.

Pesoa (Hes in Unassigned), who was there at the start however Delayed us abit in Destroying the Firebase, most of the time he Barely listened to orders (In which I thought he couden't understand English), despite me telling him to Spawn on me 4 Times as Engineer he spawned somewhere else as Medic, so i kicked him and we was replaced by the ever reliable JOhnny, however Pesoa complained that we weren't defending, so I had to explain (with some help from the sqaud) that we were flanking the firebase, and that taking it down was a big help.

Indeed it was, we managed to secure west beach long enough for Dam to be secured, in the end I had 2 Apcs, a Helo (Piloted by the Expertise of Kruder) and 2 Infantry, whilst this may seem weird most of the time we were infantry and the two APCs were there to move in on West Beach (which, was uncappable by the enemy but still it had 2+ Sqauds there). Overall a Fun round.
Rico11b: Better than that just take the body out of the game all together, and we'll have floating heads in game.

Player name:
DantheMan

Kit/viechle:
Officer

Map and side:
Street and others on the Devil's Brigade Server

Act of heroism/good conduct:
I have had the honor of playing with him twice these last two days. He is a great SL, gives good orders, keeps us all updated and helped me through my first proper game. I was playing as Tracerelement... apologies to you and the team for dropping out... my 1 year old decided to flip the power switch on the old computer.

Thanks to Hathaway (spelling?) and Blaat (again, spelling?) on 10th Mountains tonight.

2 great team players that in the face of defeat still managed to keep it together:

Hathaway for his engineer skillz & Blaat for being an excellent support pilot in the LB on Qwai.

The people I like to play with due to either teamwork, voip, or because of being in a good clan/server.

In no particular order!

The striketeam guys, been playing with Dryer, Pygar, Murder, Seven, Walleye, Bullseye and the rest of your former members ( the two goofballs you know who! )

Also Danthemanbuddy, Spacecadett Dr.Noobfragger, Bosco, Bob.Dob (MIA)!

Madtommy & RicoUK

The hx. guys especially bjoffe and clavdivs

DVB for having a good server the hours they are on.

Ghandi_Bomb for following orders quickly!

MONGOL for flying like a lunatic and slowly losing his sanity due to 1337speak corrupting him.

And Rah-ting-flesh for having a fetish with being a medic in any situation except insurgency!

TB ante for screaming at me incessantly.

Special thanks to fuzzhead for playing with him in .3/.4 on that Al XL Emeian or something map and leading squads in general.

If I forgot anyone or you think you should be included in my post beat me over the head in VOIP the next time you see me.

O to hell with it then.......but i am only doing this becuase some shifty man or woman i just dont know, wearing a Burqa and bow tie threatened me at gun point, with a Walther P99 do be precise.......

KP/Placid - The Norwegian boy who thinks he is an Englishman, in the British Army, and of all army's, fighting savages in woods of Eastern Europe, Georgia apparently! For all this tosh however, his pronunciation of the Queens English is undoubtedly the best i have ever heard from a foreigner and such must be commended! *medal in post*

On top of this, he is quite capable of forming up in proper battle formation (thin line) and bringing both his red underpants and rapid volley fire (4 rounds a min on a good day if we stick by the book) to bear upon these most violent of automatic weapon wielding savages!

However, his failure to stick always close to his Officer (ME :D ) from the moment he signed up to my squad did ofcourse result his bloody death - surrounded on all sides and teabagged while still critically wounded!

On a less blatant upper class Nationalistic British note, both the game couple of weeks ago (with Cralingeye and our 4 man fireteam bull) and today i played with you were as usual unoriginaly and unsurprisingly BRIlliant FUn! ;)

Now your turn KP to return to the complament..........*glares very hard*

Rico_UK for his excellent performance in my squad on "UK Tactics and Teamwork" on Tuesday night - the two of us both exceeded the magic 2047 mark (at which point the in-round scoreboard freaks out, hehe)
