it is a "weapon" that is used when you sit in the passenger seat of a car for example so you dont have you gun in your hand or look really odd.

thats what I think its used for anyways, if not, something similar too that.

I can only think of the TOW Humvee, since thats the jeep where you sit inside and can't see your weapon. On rest you always have the gun out (Blackhawk, Humvee, Vodniks...)

Maybe the LB copilot then?

P.S. The BF2 Objects_Server doesn't contain such a folder, but PR one does.
