No! It´s not about instaprone or something else like that HAS been suggested already.

Is it possible to restrict the rotation speed when you are proning? I hate when people when your shooting them just prone and turn 180 instantly

I suggest that IF it is possible to reduce the rotation speed when you are proning... reduce it. No one can rotate 180 degrees in one second, not to mention about 1/100s
