CTD after map change

I have played PR several times after downloading it with no problem. Recently I have encountered PB problems. "packet errors". Then updated PB manually. Now, after a succesful play on a map, CTD. If we stay on the same map I seem to be o.k. However, if we switch maps, right to DT.
Runnig Vista. Computer specs should'nt be needed because it ran great for some time. This is a new problem. I enjoy the game very much but when I crash I can't get back on the same squad. Any help would be great.

I've heard that your video.con file in the profile folder can cause this. Try deleting it.. you will loose your video settings and the file will be re-created.

Sure would like more solid answers if anybody has some. Thanks for the replies. I know of others having similar problems too. Of course I will try again tonight. But getting very frustrated!!!!!!!! At least get one map in....
