attack chopper and jet

what servers/maps do the attack chopper and jets spawn at because i downloaded the pr mod 0.61 and there is no trace of a chopper or a jet,errrrr this makes me so mad.also is there a singleplayer.

download Kashan training (you can find in within community modding iirc), it has all the vehicles in game.
