I suggested something along these lines but it was then was shot down by a DEV who thought that it would take the fun out of the game as you could land a SL who wanted you to do something else instead of what you wanted. A good idea btw.
EDIT: Why not make the company level toys such as H-AT, requestable by the SL(on the behalf of a squaddie who needs it) and authorised by the commander?

were making some changes with the max amount of limited kits avaliable in one squad, but i dont think we will do it this way...
if your a squad leader and someone requests a sniper or HAT kit and you dont want him to, you tell him to pick up his old kit as you dont need that asset. If he doesnt, kick him from the squad... that works prety well.

No.Actually, AnRK's post is a cleverly crafted and intellectual piece of work.
As was mine.Unfortunately my comments about the emotional stability of a user who deliberately returned to delete all his posts seems to have been misinterpreted as patronisation when it was quite clearly a full frontal insult.
