Self-explanitory. We got both sniper kits at start of the round + one marksman. Then later in the round, the marksman and sniper both died. Leaving me alive, I cycled both their kits for them. One spawned and requested a sniper kit. Got it. Then the guy who was marksman came and got the sniper kit I cycled.

I've also noticed some odd things with kits on this map (oilfields)... had a time with a squad with two HATs.. we had them for a long period.. then were both killed and we able to request and recieve them after 30 second respawn... when i think there should have been a 3 minute cycle delay.
So maybe with the cycle delay not working and you cycling the kit = 3 sniper rifles.

i thougth the dead sniper had to wait until the kit disappeared which is why u dont want the enemy to kill you/take your kit, otherwise it disapeears?
maybe im just entirely wrong.
I hate when you request a kit say like light AT and switch kits later, and then peoples requests for light AT earlier ( if they lost the kit ) end up getting the "squad limitations" and no one had any light AT :/
Or when a requested kit sits on the ground for like an entire round and you pick it up later ( lol crewman on operation pheonix sitting at main until I got to it all round ... and some lost sniper kit on 7 gates floating @ river fort )
