Graphic Texture issue

I have a e6850, 8800gt, with 2gb of RAM. I have noticed this recently but now its really distracting, and even nauseating. Is it possible to fix? All my settings are maxed out.

yep, thats an old problem a lot of people have been encountering in BF2. I think it had to do with anti-aliasing causing this issue. Try turning if off.

I'm all out of ideas, if I knew how to fix it I would have solved this issue for myself a long time ago.

I remember reading somewhere that this is caused by corrupt graphic cache data, try deleting the cache data folders in your
/my documents/battlefield 2/cache/ and
/my documents/battlefield 2/mods/bf2/cache/ folders.

set lighting to medium - no real difference between med/high anyways.. should sort it out..

edit : forgotten hope describe the problem as "Parallax shader bug
This bug results in objects using the parallax shader technique (typically sandbags) becoming seriously corrupted-looking after a mixed-settings shader permutation. This error is fixed in the FH2 shaders."

or setting lighting to medium as above fixes it afaik..
