The mods will let you off with a slap on the wrists this time, but check the "Already Suggested Suggestions" and do a search for stuff before you post a suggestion. It's more then likely it's already been mentioned at least once before like this has been.
Yes, a good SL gives move markers ahead of time, tries to give warnings, ie. "In 30 seconds we will be moving off to this grid reference" and uses VOIP to give firing solutions (preferably in compass directions from normally SL position, although this might change in future when SL will most likely have to know where his troops are and give directions based on the individual troops)
Remember guys and girls, a SL is not pointman. He is your spawn position and needs time to relfect on what is happening around your squad, the team, listen to commanders orders and be fluid. It is best if you start moving as a squad, fanned out where appropriate ahead of the SL (and keep one man behind to protect/warn of attacks from the side and rear)
