More Fashionable Civillians & Pimped Rides

Just a couple of small suggestions :D , one fairly easy, the other a lil bit more difficult, the last stupid and impossible :P ...

Isn't anyone bored with just having big red trucks, lil red spawn/bomb cars, and lil white pick ups?
I know it may seem silly but just the way your brain recognises things seeing cars of different colours coming at you makes you have to think that lil bit quicker about "hang on what is it?" I dont suppose it would take a lot to just give us random or chosen blues, greens, yellows, blacks, ORANGES!!! just real cars are different colours :D plus I think it would be great to have beat up cars with different colour doors etc. :P

Second suggestion. can we have different vehicles? estate cares, convertables, motorbikes with sidecars. irl youll see the insurgents combing around in anything they can get their hands on lol andagain like I said before its great to not just see red and think spawn/bomb car. "Incoming car green south west!"

Third and final. How about civillians? is it possible to randomize the clothes within their kits? If not and I think it isn't then how about different types of civvies?

You could have a medic civvie who carrys a lot of field dressings
An ammo civvie who carrys ammo bags
A recon Civvie with a grappling hook and a telescope (a highpower rifle scope, but no rifle maybe? just summin better than binocs :P )
All armed with ROCKS! :P

Thats 3 I think that's enough, anyhow We need BIGGER penalties for killing civs we all know that. You could give the three types of civvies very different clothes, so youll have a mob of insurgents charging and you wont be able to see big bright green obvious civvies in their nikes :0 You'll have to think about who you shoot.
Adding more detail to the civvie kits should make it better too :D

I dont suppose anyone here has ran through the friendly fire sim on a SAT range? they dont go round wearing bright green all the time :D

Your thoughts on the whole bunch there then folks?

(please dont overreact or misconstrew my ideas and therefore shoot me straight down, if something seems silly lets discuss, I have a habit of typing things badly at 2:38am ;) )

Interesting ideas, and of course I endorse the bigger insurgent kill penalties. Overall they're not very important though. More civi classes would be a mess, I like the current all in 1 civi.

I like the idea of having different color cars, I just think that any car thats driving towards the brits is a target. Since there are no real civis, no player is gonna think twice about blasting away if they think a car is gonna drop a bunch of insurgents on them.

How are they not fashionable,they have an Addidas jacket,and Nike's on! LOL.

And why were the spawn cars and Jihad cars made red,they're soo visible now,they should be put back to the original color.

they should also have their wheels removed, because people can't seem to understand that driving your spawncar into a river is a bad thing.

of course that defeats the purpose, but we could always use a squad baseed spawncar system, but what do i know?

Back on point here.

I suggested the different civvie classes as a means of also giving them different clothes to wear.
Instead of fighting Iraqi Chav clones all the time having to think about whether that guy is an ambusher or just a civvie in a blue shirt and backpack would be better than every civvie clearly visible in green.

Civvies aren;t like the military so they dont have set uniforms, hence me suggesting different civvie classes, plus right now the civvie has to choose between his role as a medic or his role as recon, give them different tools :D

i think most of these have been suggested before, the multi color cars suggestion i myself have made before. and i still think its a good idea.

I want hydraulics! Like in GTA:SA that would be awesome, And maybe a pimp pickup kit? Main weapon would be a pimp cane, Gold plated .45 as a side arm, And Pimp slap as a melee weapon. Now would be a good time to make a photoshop of what i just said except i have no skills with it.

Good ideas!!!! Add it! :mrgreen:

Hate to have those strange cars. And the driving is bugged too. Very strange control (white jeep without MG)... and they get damaged too quick!! Expecially the motorbikes.

Also remove that stupid Aimpoint sights on the RPG... which insurgents have aimpoints on their RPGs?? And please get a real modell for molotow cocktails and for the IEDs but i think thats already planned.
