I'm not sure if it does. All armies in PR have mostly military equipment of the same era. For a 10 year difference to happen there would have to be different era weaponry, but that's just me going into details.

Well, if I remember China and Russia were never on good terms since the Sino-Russian split in the 50s, but I could be wrong.

You are right. Soviets and chinese were very unfriendly against each other (Sino-Soviet border conflict in 1969), but right now it is a lot different (I believe that USA foreign policy has something to do with it).

It be nice if Russia would do the right thing and join the west they gone very anti social with west, pity because they make the best all rounder best equipment that I think AU military like to get it hands on like the advanced Su-27 and other weapons but because off there decline in the world stages opinion we can't cos it create a scandal.

So Russia is friends with MEC but not PLA when MEC is in a alliance with PLA, something is missing, if you wanna go something realistic, go Russia VS UK, maybe somewhere in Novaya Zemlya as relations between the countries are low.

Something like the UN.. A Asian version, I think it's unrealistic to let these factions fight each other.

You know the "text" you see when a map is loading,
say:

a rebellious general
"Chan" and his forces took over a tactical nuclear silo, near a russian
border, the Chinese goverment had asked the ..........blaw,blaw,blaw (insert your imagination)
The point being it does not have to be an "all out war" between China and Russia, which would be "unrealistic".
