features in other mods you would like to see in PR
like the title says, what are some features in other bf2 mods that you would like to see in PR? me personally, i cant remember the name of the mod, but theres a AAV7 in it, i think its point of existance 2? anyway its a sweet apc i wish PR had it for the USMC even though IRL the marines are getting the EFV soon to replace the AAV7 but it would still be cool to have it.
known in-game as BOOMSNAPP

Do any of the other mods have anything but cool new toys? All I've played is PR but to me it seems like they just have new stuff like guns, toys (Tomahawk/Mortor) and vehicles etc. I've heard of nothing coming near the gameplay and tech advances of PR.
I would like a Cruise Missile though on some maps

Hey PR i have just installed a new mod called AIX (its a coop and singleplayer MOD only) and i cannot get over the fact of how extremely real and powerful the sound the minigun makes on the A10. Its ridicolously amazing, i pee my pants everytime i fire that thing cuz of how devestating it must sound from the surroundings. I realllllllly urge PR to take a look on how the A10s have their sounds on the minigun, because it would be hella amazing to have that incorporated into the PR mod, and i guarantee u that u will definitely consider it.
PS: i still think PR is better, dont worry, lol.

Also a AC-130U or AC-130H, i would love to eat tanks in one of those.
Maps are too small.BabaGurGur wrote:C-130 Gunship
Youtube it, i saw it in use for singleplayer it and was devastating!
Please correct if I'm wrong.

The emmersive undergrowth of EoD.. when i 1st played that i was blown away by the heavy undergrowth, you could easily run right past an entire squad hidding in a bush. (i know their maps were/are tiny, but variation is nice.)
Mortars of FH2, but please not the suppression effects.. they are terrible. yuck, they are way over the top and in no way realistic and really spoil FH2 for me.
Tear gas from BF2/SF (i'd like to see Brits get tear gas on Insurgency maps.)

The reason everyone wants them is they actually make you get down because you cant see. Which is what would happen in reality. The way it is now you can light a guy up with a SAW and he can shoot back accurately.MadTommy wrote:

FH2 Suppression effect and the FH2 bobbing head effect while running
Anthony Lloyd, himself a former soldier in the British army and a Northern Ireland and Gulf War veteran:
"The men inside (the APC) might have been UN but they were playing by a completely different set of rules. They were Swedes; in terms of individual intelligence, integrity and single-mindedness I was to find them among the most impressive soldiers I had ever encountered. In Vares their moment had come."
