With the new compass, how do you call a target? Lets say you see 2 targets to your NE, say at the "60" mark. How do you quickly and efficiently call this to your squad?
This is more of a "personal" question, when I'm saying "you" I mean YOU personally, not "a person in general".
How to properly call targets?

You can instantly judge and estimate the location of enemy by listening to the new gunshot sounds too. If you can memorize what every gun sounds like you can determine if its enemy or friendly. If you can memorize the specfic sounds at ranges you can estimate ranges. If the gun shot sounded close to the gun firing its about 50m. If you now hear cracking sounds but u still here some original gun shots sounds , targets are 100-150. If you only hear cracking sounds, targets are 200-300. If you only hear cracking sounds but much more faint, targets are 400+.
So if you are taking fire but didn't see a target you say " Taking shots... near 150.. 150m... because you heard where it came from, most of the time. Make sure you say direction and range in that order so people don't get confused. Each guess of the enemy location should be given off instantly and without stutter so you squad can react just as fast. If you made a mistake in spotting, at least you warned your squad before everyone starts getting suppressed.
Now if you in a different position of your SL, you say shots near 150.. 150m at my position and the SL should then look at his map, look at your icon and estimate what you are talking about and make a marker. If you have died and you generally know what direction you were facing and can estimate where the enemy is, then you look at your map, look at your squad leader, then say North or North East of SL location or w/e.

I usually work with a combination of grid/notable features (that big building in E7, etc.) and/or direction when the squad is close together. When driving the tank, I will often use the direction the tank is pointing in.
