Basrah 32p - Unable to request kits

Yep, as it says - as British you cannot request kits at the GB main on Basrah 32p (VCP).
I clicked the commo rose and it allocated nothing.

Also, the 32p (and possibly 16p) might do with some rally spawns like 64p, right now you can only spawn on the Mosque.

The main is the VCP, I'm talking about 32 player version, not 64.
