sometimes commander assets not available

It happens that commander assets are not deployable.
Command Post, Bunker etc.
Using Place xxxx nothing happens, no messages (!), nothing.
If klicked too much then the message with "read manual and try in 60 secs".
I've seeen another commander with the same problem.

Of course all requirements were fulfilled.
Maybe it has todo with joining as commander midgame.

Yep, this happened on Qwai the other day. Guy was commander from the start of the game.

Sometimes commander is not able to deploy anything. When commander / squad leader tries to deploy something it just doesn't spawn. Nothing appears in the chat, the guy just shouts "Repairs needed at this position" in example.

Me from another thread. This is really annoying bug, because bunkers and firebases play a big part in this version.

this really sound good! i hope u can fix this because its a very important feature. 0.7 will be the best version when u get this done.
