What ever happened to the M1097 Avenger?

Used to love this thing in .5 OGM. It's probably the neatest unit in the game to be honest. I was wondering if we'll ever see it again? The US and PLA both use it IRL, so maybe they'll both have it some day?

Yes i also miss it, it was just great on Greasy Mullet. Also miss the Grow System in PR.
But maybe it comes back in the future.

The PLA do have HMMWVs, but not the Avenger Pedestal Mounted Stinger system. As for why it's not in-game, it was bugged, I'm afraid. Hopefully we'll be able to implement it again.

Given the fact that the avenger is bugged, is there going to be a replacement for the linebacker? Or is the plan to get the avenger working and hope for the best?
