I did a search for this and didnt find anything (maybe i missed it if so sorry)
My suggestion is that since the minimap has been taken out of .7 keeping friendly fire down and coordinating attacks has been a little on the difficult side. So a solution to this could be better Grid Cordinates on the Main map and Maybe a Gps Nav with just your exact grid cord Numbers. Having exact grid cords could also help when trying to locate a target becuase it would be alot more accurate than just "hes somewhere in Delta 4" Also I have Noticed It is harder To Find Anyone Who is wounded and in need of a Corpsman since the minimap was removed. A solution to this could be when some one is criticaly wounded he could click the mouse to call for a medic and idk maybe give his Cords over the radio

When calling a medic, you should be calling for the medic in your squad - via VOIP you should be able to tell him you're "by the SE corner of the house" "just behind the SL" etc.
I think having too many gridlines just complicates things. When I'm out walking/hiking/climing, I use 6 and 10-figure grid references, and I've got the luxury of having all the time in the world to look at my map, without having rounds flying over my head - it takes a mo.
In-game, I find that on most maps (certainly any maps where you're primarily looking for infantry units rather than tanks or APCs) - using a reference as follows usually works fine.
Divide each square into 9 areas:

|NW N.NE
|W.. C . E
|SW S SE
.-----------
Then use the following format to report via VOIP or team chat:
<Number> Enemy <Unit> in <Compass direction> <GRID> Moving <Direction of travel>
For example:
3 Enemy Infantry, North-East corner of Charlie Five, moving West.
Or:
1 Enemy Tank, Center of Delta Four, movement unknown.
