Okay first up on kashan you need at least 2 humvees, because if there arnt enough players your hoofing it till dusk. Another thing is vehicles are to sensitive to collision with other vehicles or the ground I land my heli softest i can and it barly touchs the nose from sitting there while rearming and boom. also if possible let medics have a bag on there back showing there a medic cause it just looks cool (and i played A*A as the reference) other wise only changes that need to be made so far good job on .7
p.s: im tired so forgive spelling and grammer LOL
A few .7 suggestions

A 'hospital' (one slow healing dedicated building) for the insurgents would be nice. I hate the fact that you are nearly expected to die and die and die again as an insurgent - first aid bandages only delay the inevitable bleeding out
And the removal of pistols from the RPG gunners? That's just harsh. Why was this done?
Most importantly is with the removal of the minimap, that players should be able to generically spot on the 3d map to simulate physically pointing out a target. Something unobtrusive but visible, similar to the attack here markers (without the smoke and smaller). It would complement the VoIP, so that if the squad leader spots something the whole squad can respond instantly, removing the need and delay required to open the map to locate the tank that turns out to be 30 metres away.

2 Humvees on Kashan
Less collision damage
Medic Bag
Also, there already is a medic bag just above the butt of the medics
