Firstly this is NOT another "lets all whine about 0.7" thread, I just wanted to post a few bugs I've found so far...

Merlin Sound Bug: We all know this one from 0.6. However in 0.7 its a LOT more prevailent. I counted no less than 5 times we got soundbugs from the merlin, I think actually it was nearly every time it flew away. For those who don't know the sound bug is the merlins flight sound "sticking" at a certain point on the map while the merlin itself is long gone, the bug dissappears if the merlin flys back I think...


Build Order: You get the big white triangle build order thingy, you have your support truck, flags etc etc etc. and you just can't place any assets.
The guy will make the sound if you LEFT click to place a bunker and nothing will happen, however when you right click for a firebase he dosnt even say anything.

Sniper rifle "bug": apparently you can't aim whiles't moving the crosshairs. Now although real snipers can lead targets etc, I don't think they do it at range because the smallest bump will lead to inaccuracy.
Personally I've found this "bug" making snips far more usful, thay pick their shots very carefully and are often asking for authorization to fire from the SL.
Noticing snipers acting a lot more useful as a recon element in 0.7 as they should. probably isn't a bug thinking about it :P makes the sniper work :D

Anyone else got any bugs theyve notcied that need fixing?

as far as i understand its a place firebase/bunker using the left click with it being an either or option IE. it will pick a firebase/bunker depending on the constraints surrounding them. if you cant place a bunker (over 100M from flag + flag capped constraints) then it will place a firebase if you can in the situation (flag capped restraints)

The sound bug is a known issue, a Bf2 bug AFAIK. It's supposed to happen, when the pilot dies before the helicopter, the helicopter crashes and the rotor blade sound stays there, even if there aren't any choppers in the area.
