Since 0.7 came out I am finding myself enjoying the smaller intense fights to be found on the 16 & 32 player versions of the maps more. The trouble is that most servers seem to be running the 64 player maps which I find are just too big for my taste.

I had the best PR experience yet playing the 16 player version of Qinling (fantastic map btw)last night. Short periods of brutal action broken up with tactical discussion between squads and members, flanking maneuvers and attacks and defense.

Please please server admins, run the smaller versions of the maps sometimes or alternate between them. I am looking to buy a server this year so will be running it for 16 players but the more the better.

Smaller maps can certainly provide thrilling, intense gameplay.

Good suggestion for those servers with less slots, though I can't see any of the popular 64 slotters using smaller mapsizes. Might get a bit crowded.

16 maybe too small on some maps, and 64 too big... finding the balance, ie 32.. on some maps, is great intense play

Our server runs mostly 16 maps , just check it out
And number of 32 map to low theris only 4 or 5 maps disigned to 32 playing
