Simply, don't hold 'S'. Tap it, or hold it short.

That link isn't even funny, that is a real chopper that crashed with a pilot in it. I'm not laughing at you when you have a car accident.

Yeah dude, that's what happens in rl to when you adjust your tilt to nil....

Using your keyboard to fly gives you no sensitivity in throttle/tilt, meaning its all or nothing 100% or 0 % lift.
