commander assets bug?

did a quick search for the above title...nothing came up. so here is a possible bug perhaps.

was on tg server, as commander, had captured all except last 2. that means i had more than 4 cp's. tried to make more than 1 bunker and firebase. was unsuccessful. also try to do a second jdam...was also unsuccesful. game lasted for about 2hrs and 30min. things that mite have caused problem, after making my first bunker i switch kits w/ a guy who died and shoveled my own bunker, was early in the round. later a squad wanted a build order to build on the north bunker...we had 4 cp's at the time i granted it...game verbally or audioly worked but nothing ever appeared. so i went over there...realised i did have officer kit..suicided and respawned...went over there myself and tried to build bunker and was still unsuccessful. so possible bug maybe...im new at commanding but checked manual and everthing was in place for us to have more than 1 bunker..correct?

I just noticed the bug appears if you try to build something in spot it wont spawn, in example inside some buildings.

Before you build, make sure there is lots of space around the asset.

no this happened to me earlier on gulf of oman..
couldn't place a single bunker or firebase until an hour or so had gone by

thats true, i played gulf of oman now twice and everytime we were not able to build a bunker beacuase of the bug.

You were MECs?

yes we were mecs. it was not possible to build a bunker at construction at the beginning of the game, though we had a commandpost up and a truck nearby.
after a while the commander was able to build a ( not very suitable ) bunker at the main base.
