Mestia - spawning with militia officer kit as SM

I was playing as Scout on Mestia, wounded and bleedning. There were no medics around, so I went to East Tower (ours at the time) to get myself another field dressing. I was lying inside the bunker next to the weapon cache, and had just dropped myself the new field dressing when a brit came in and shot me. After that I was going to respawn at my squads rally (squad 4 with custom name), and by coincidence I choose the officer kit an noticed that it didn't tell me to select a new kit. I tried to spawn with the kit, and yep - it worked! And I was a squad member all the time.

I got a bug with kit too, I cannot spawn as militant or rifleman. If I select another kit and take back rifleman I can.
