NextEngine Desktop 3d scanner

Post by Bamboo »

Thought I would pass this on to you guys in the modeling world. It is a small scanner that lets you make quick 3d models that you can import into programs like 3dMax and others.
Check it out............

Really good report about it on youtube, except the stupid host won't shut up and let the smart guy talk......

YouTube - 3d scanning nextengine http://www.oasisfleeting.tk

That would be awesome to ad tons of new models to PR!

'[R-CON wrote:DJJ-Terror;579215']while you'r at it... check this:

YouTube - Transforming a 2D image into 3D

YouTube - T.E.D.D.Y. (Draw in 2D - Outputs in 3D)
My programming teacher has made something similar to this, only its virtual reality where you can "be" in a room you have taken several few pictures of. I think I can find a video of it on his website.
