Silencers for Spec ops?

Post by youR.Fate »

Hey

How about silencers for SpecOps rifles, as well as removing light track bullets from their clips, so they cannot be found as easy. That would make SepcOps more powerfull.

this thread will be locked, since super-uber-1337-specops are not, what PR needs, no need to make the specop more powerfull than it is now

I just got chills. :|

No, fate, Special Forces units don't use suppressors as often as Hollywood thinks.

EDIT: It would actually make them weaker.

A silensed carabine (or even better a pistol, since sometimes you need to have a decent weapon that can be used at range) would be really good, but then the bullet drop should be present at pretty close ranges and damage reduction on past 100 meters would also be good.

And to all of you crying "Uh oh l33t specOps, plz stfu. If you dont like the kit, then dont use it. Simple as that"

I've always wondered why the Spec Ops doesn't get the grappling hook instead of the engineer, and perhaps the engineer on rare maps gets that para-sailing thing (since it's a construct of sorts).

It's called a zip line. para sailing is with a boat and parachute :S

Silencers and no tracers would be nice. Even if the silencers were only on the pistol. Also I fail to see how the silencer is going to make them extremely advantaged, you still have all the usual methods of locating an enemy firing at you. All a silencer is going to do is make it easier to take out one enemy without every nearby enemy realizing he's there.

Ask yourself this. How many special operation units, that work in conjunction with regular military units, use suppressors?

Jesus. Been suggested. search. Look in the already suggested suggestions thread. Its RIGHT THERE. These have been brought up thousands of times people. The DEV's know you all love silencers and scopes and nades and ropes and ziplines.

Please, in the future, use search before you make a new thread. Pr has been around long enough that ideas like these have been brought up countless times before.
