Bunker repair?

I'd give you a straight answer, but as I rarely drive armour I didn't pay much attention to that part

You mean you can repair the bunker and firebase? Or the bunker and firebase can repair your vehicle?

What can actually repair a tank beside the wrench in engineers pocket?

tbh, I'd really love command posts to have the ability to repair vehicles, so I don't have the piss off infantry SLs to have someone spawn as engy and wrench me.

You have an answer to your question, and to suggest that bunkers and commander assets in general can repair vehicles would be a resuggestion, and thats the way it looks like its headed, anyway.
