I don't think kenway was out of place, I don't like the changing colours/text and overuse of icons either and it's not like he gave him **** about it, if someone can't take what kenway said about it in his last post, all I can say is grow thicker skin.

And Im sorry but have I misunderstood the attitude in these forums? Someone can make a barely (un)offensive remark about someone's posting methods (and I've seen plenty of cases where you guys give people **** about bad spelling, how is this different?), but because he's new he can call members "tool polishers", "yokel" etc over, once again, a barely offensive comment?

Something is not right...

Fair enough, be nice to the new guy, don't treat him like a wanker until he's proved himself to be one, but that was constructive criticism at the most.

That's actually a good idea, it'd be interesting to watch. $10 says the guy who actually has a more realistic idea of what a real sniper would do would win.

He edited out his posts because he realized how much of a tool he was being even after a R-DEV came to his defense, I think. Just for future reference, he told Kenway he was a yokel, tool shiner , ****-snort (whatever that means) and told him to get f*cked. All over a Kenway's opinion of the overuse of graphics and colored text. Which is also essentially calling R-MOD dune the same thing because he also expressed his dislike for it.

something is not right...god damn people wasting our time with dumb *** discussion and comments about nothingness..

especially to someone they dont know at all...its called common courtesy...something a lot of people lack...

hey, im not a hard ***...but things like this do more damage to this community than good...and i invest about 30hours plus a week into making this mod and hate to seat it floundered away by some smart *** with a big mouth...

every person i get in here that i can talk to is likely to get to knoiw the game and give it a chance....every one that some smart *** remarks offhandedly too is likely to leave and never take up PR at all...

so just remember everytime you talk to a new member you are taking the combined hours of all the devs hard work in your hands and representing US..yes its true..

ps. I must apologize to kenway...its not him in particular but a common theme of dumping on people that im sick of...

pss...6blackravens editied his posts cause i asked him not to...but has apparently decided that a place where one cant swear is not a place he would like to be..which is fine.. no worries..

But in PR its really no use

Except to shoot a guy in the face from 500 meters, only to have it not register. There's really no such thing as a good sniper in BF2 (or PR), simply because a quarter of your shots don't register.
