I think im goin blind??

Post by chrisiscooler »

Hey all this is my first post on the forum so ill intro myself. ive been playing bf2 for about 2 yrs and just recently started using this mod, so im not the best at it but im getting better and picking new things up every game. I love this mod and am very thankful to the people responsible for it.

Just a quick Question Ive got pretty bad eyesight 8-) well not that bad but bad enough that i can bearly see the hud on the jets and i love flying the new jets in this mod but i have trouble landing due to the fact i cant see my speed or the % my engines are running at.
All I wish to do is change/darken the hud colour in jets. i dont know if this is considerd "cheating" but i really need to do this in order to fly/land jets, please help if your are able.
If i am absolutly unable to do this i will have to live with it but it is very dissapointing..
thanks in advance (HR15

EDIT: What i mean is i dont know how to change colour it might be an ingame option but i cant find it i have made it less transparent but i still cant see it

The HUD problem on jets (on Quinling) is a known issue. It is being worked on.

Thats only for crosshairs, which don't exist anymore
Rico11b: Better than that just take the body out of the game all together, and we'll have floating heads in game.

Self abuse leads to blindness.
So just stop !

Seriously though, I feel for your pain because I am slightly colorblind as well but lucky for me I lag far too much to even try to fly so it's not a problem.
And as the windshield melts
My tears evaporate
Leaving only charcoal to defend.
Finally I understand the feelings of the few.

Same, they blend in so well with the sky.

On qinling, make little rolls/banks to the left/right so that the speed part of the hud goes over the land. That way you can check yor speed.

True, but the HUD still needs fixing. It's just still too hard to see it.

Black. (although granted it's the absence of color)
