A screen from a nice round I played on Kashan a few days ago. Most of the R-DEV team got onto Tactical Gamer after we finished the X-Fire chat. The round lasted about 35 minutes before we pushed the US out of the desert.

The screen depicts an actual scene taken from Battle recorder but also shows the ghost form of how the area looked like before fighting broke out. I might use this or a similar screen if we need a picture showing off our destruction system.

I'll post some pictures I took during a round in Al Basrah today.
It was one heck of a round! I played on the British team and found a good squad that used VOIP alot (something that I noticed dosn't happen much on Al Basrah).

*A quick little meeting .... we got ambushed right after this*

Image

*Covering the roof*

Image

*Me getting shot  *

Image

*And I thought this was pretty cool.... it was the progression of the battle*

speaking of Al Basrah, has anyone noticed that the most intense fights on the map seem to take place in the village in B5 & C5 and the village in D6 & E6?

Indeed
In fact I prefer playing in that rural villae environment - it feels more natural and realistic and reminds me of the better battles on Helmand. I'd love to see a map based heavily on the B5 village in Al Basrah - it looks and feels and plays like real warfare. Basrah city ingame is so ... not a city.

thats why i love al basrah the most because those areas are the most realistic . i love walkin through the fields and having to dive for cover from a ambush. theres always alot of teamwork in that area cos its almost impossible to survive without it.
