Change the skin on USMC pilot helmet.
Marine pilots use camo on their helmets and i thought it would be nice if you guys realistically represented that in game.

Looks good, but its seems irrelevent. However it doesn't look liek it'd take long.

Basically what im saying is that this is not just some random "to be cool" request. Its fact that this is how most if not all Marine pilots where their helmets.

yeah they prob wont change it until final release since u will never see the pilot's helmet unless ur dillydaddling at the airbase.
also, i thought pilots wore jumpsuits instead of just a vest + normal camo
if they do any more skinning, id like to see a slightly better USMC desert marpat. the woodland is sweet but hte desert one doesnt look that great

Wait, was that a dirty joke I didn't get?echo wrote:This is going to be sigged.
I think they can't cut and paste it, because the Devs fingers are a little weak these days.![]()
Anyway, good idea, if not that high on the priority list.
More guns and bullets make bad guys go away faster,
which in turn makes everyone in the area safer.

Re: Change the skin on USMC pilot helmet.
OMG I´ve always thought about that!
I think it would make in-game interactions much more realistic, because you´d be able to recognize your squadmates by their appearance, just like real life. If a certain degree of customization is achieved, players would have unique and distinguishable looks.
I think it can also help when in situations you´re just too close to a friend to be able to see the name tag. Instead of looking all the way up to the sky to read it, you´d just look at their face and know who they are, saying "Altom, follow me!"

Re: Change the skin on USMC pilot helmet.
I know it is fairly important to the USMC pilots themselves that their uniform indicates that 'every Marine is a rifleman' which is a tradition in the Marines.
All the rotorwing pilots I knew wore a solid OD Green jumpsuit with their vest over it and then their camo or solid OD Green helmets. This was back before MARPAT though.
