so i got in an insurgent truck today.. as soon as the round started.. drove all the way west down the road and perched on the far west bridge// sure enough chopper came by.. and i was suprised that the chopper went down even faster than 4 secs!!! merlin doesnt stand a chance against trucks 50cal.. i even drove a truck out infront of airport into a ditch.. and got into the driveseat and waited for chopper.. chopper flew over didnt try to avoid me because he thought the truck was empty.. i jumped in the 50 cal and rained hell on him and he was down in less than 4 seconds..
this is sad!!! it takes the fun out of flying the merlin.. and im sure its frustrating to the 2 fully loaded merlins i took out...
the saddest thing is that i can shower a support truck with 50 cal and ittl take it a while to blow.. even a jeep.. the 50 cal overheats a couple times before the jeep blows.. but when shooting at a merlin it doesnt...
this is SAD!!! please fix it!! merlin is supposidly armored...

They nerfed the heli health because of hitbox and ping makes them harder to hit then a ground vehicle which should be a constant on at least one axis whereas the helis can be like a bluebottle
The merlin should be using 200 alt or more to traverse the dangerzones, where the danger lies is an intel problem & a gameplay element.
Insurgents camping right outside the ucb is one of those things they get away with for being terrorists in a unique situation, I wouldnt want to see that with any other faction engaging in convential warfare
The littlebird is weaker then a motorcycle now, 42 bullets. Thats similar to a flying explosive barrel I think.
2 and a half seconds of saw will kill it. 50 cal or apc gunfire should be almost instant death. (3 apc shots to kill a littlebird, 8 to kill a blackhawk. 20 or so 50 cal bulelts for lb and 40 for blackhawk )

simple solution to that problem is to take the 2 minutes it takes to explain to him how it works.. or kindly ask him to d/c from the game and go read the wiki..
its not that hard.. but yea.. obviously theres no difference between someone running arround and tk'ing or someone blowing up there own cache.. from someone who is picking up the cache and moving it to the enemy..
