Combat Footage
YouTube - Operation Dragon Morning Battle
May I recommend this video for awesome footage! It gets interesting after two minutes.
I think Project Reality should ultimately get this pace of combat. Patrolling should be relaxed and calm and fighting should really be inaccurate and indecisive until it gets close. Lots of suppresion.

I can picture n00bs complaining already "u n00b u uzed a AT to kill me, thts so n00b, you kant fyt, im betta dan u, i dont need AT to kill ppl" etc etc
ugh i cant believe people like that still exist..
on the other hand, great video, everything seemed so calm, even when they came under attack, its like they didnt give a care in the world....great morale....

Well, nice vid. Speed in game will always be in advantage (espessialy with flag capturing - who's first he wins). Problem I think is that in real ppl get tired, can't run for ours and everything affects them: dust, cold, heat, sun, rain, not even talking about fight itself. In game you won't wet your pants if granade will blow up behind the wall etc. It's only game, and thus ppl will be acting gamish or arcadish or whatever you call it, no matter what rules you apply...
