Can you stick a piece of transparent sun screen texture behind the altitude and speed numbers?

Or better yet not have Dragon Vally sky textures at all?

already fixed.

also it wouldn't be better to "not have Dragon Valley sky textures" as the entier map would need its light settings tweaked, and in turn, its lightmaps redone which would be a waste of time, and from when you are standing on the ground the sky looks very nice and gives a nice feel to the map.

I'm slow... Is this about not being able to see the jet HUD on Qinling etc?

If so yay :D even though I never fly :P

Your right a sunny day is less depressing.

How did you end up fixing it?

surprising more or less how you first suggested, which I got the idea of when flying the Apache and suddenly realized its tinted glass meant that you could see the HUD perfectly :p

basically what we did was add a "helmet" too the pilots kinda ;)
