The one major peeve I have about vehicle spawning is the incredibly slow respawn time of light mission-critical vehicles such as Humvees, Nanjings, Land Rovers, etc.
I fully understand and support the spawntimes of heavier combat vehicles (APCs and tanks) being high. However, in my opinion, realistically a force command would ensure that there are always enough light transport vehicles for a force to transport itself. Not only that, but it's not like these vehicles are extraordinarily powerful, either. Infact, I would say that these light vehicles are quite underpowered; particularly the Land Rover, which does not afford its occupants any real protection from small-arms, and is only capable of transporting three men.
