[Minor bug] Qwai river loading screen

- on the loading screen the light chopper icon for Chinese team is not filled (asset not present), although China gets their WZ-11 scout bird.

I saw that the other day, should have mentioned it. I assumed it was because the chinese helo is basically a non-contender, and someone just forgot about it.
