Well, i have a suggestion that i cant really write here. Who should i pm or contact...

It might be hardcoded so if i write it here and it cant be done pepole will exploit it, and the game will be ruined.

Since you apparently can't specify the kind of your suggestion, I'd say you should try to PM [R-DEV]Rhino, since he's the lead developer.

Any of the [R-DEV]s will answer for you probably. Like Hardtman said 2 seconds before I got to post Rhinos your best bet.
