No, "New Antioch" was the provice that you launch a counter attack in (to relieve Fenix's bedraguled defenders) during the first mission of Episode III (protoss campagin) of the original Starcraft. It was later attacked by overwhelming Zerg forces and Fenix (who had been assigned to maintain Protoss control of the provice) was mortally wounded prior to being placed in a Dragoon.

It was also a city in the Near East (in modern Southern Turkey) and the base for one of the Crusader states. Oh, and allegedly the place where followers of the teachings of Jesus were called "Christians" for the first time.
The key to modernising any weapon is covering them in glue and tossing them in a barrel of M1913 rails until they look "Modern" enough.
