On Jabal the other day, Cain's squad asked for an extraction and he popped smoke for me to land between. On this video, you can see me landing right inside the smoke, but when I was flying I couldn't see any smoke at all, it was completely clear...

(And no I don't have any problems seeing smoke in general)

Could it be that smoke isn't rendered if you're off-screen?

I'm pretty sure it's nothing to do with being off screen because the smoke renders wherever it is on a battle rec file, which is the same iirc
