UGH, 2 weeks without PRMM, I think I'm going to go insane! And I can't go back to normal BF2, no freaking chance, I can't even stand Vanilla anymore....

Well, again, nothing official :) . EA has it right that specific deadlines are pretty dangerous. Imagine (key word) that PR said that a versoin would be realeased on such and such a date. So, all you loyal PR players clear your calendar for, say, a month :) just to play it. Then you get on the site that day and woops, technical difficulties. Your girlfriend/wives have left you, your work is piling up and you havn't fed your dog in 2 weeks. Bad situation :) .

Besides, anticipation is half the fun :) .

Not for some of us, who can't even play until it comes out.

Even more anticipation then? I'm kidding of course. I'm sure many of you will agree that you can trust the PR devs to be working hard to get you a working version.

Let's hope so, I love this mod and really don't want to wait 2 weeks or whatever to play it again...

Have you downloaded the 1.2 patch? For those of us that have, we can no longer play PRMM.

I dled it and installed it. Played for about 5 mins and then reinstalled without the latest patch. YES took me 5 whole mins to say fuck vanilla im outta here. 4mins and 45 secs were just the loading times.

Well I can say we were glad to have you join us in gloryhounds. There was/is a serious lack of PRMM players since the 1.2 patch. I have no idea why those people would rather play vanilla vs. PRMM, even if my PC started dispencing beer with the 1.2 patch... I say to hell with it.

Y'all should hear some kinda more "official" news from the dev team shortly. Just figuring out what's busted and what's ready to go with some kinda fix (if anything). Might just be a fix, might be a trimmed down feature update, but there are folks staying up late trying to sort the issues out asap.

As a relative newcomer to the mod team I am amazingly impressed with the dedication of these folks to keep everyone gaming on PR.

Well I for one am very pleased with what you guys have done, are doing, and plan to do. I think some of these guys will come back to PRMM even if a fix takes a bit. I'm sure they just want to see what the 1.2 patch brings. They will find that, as usual, EA just doesn't get it right.

Considering EA didn't make this game or patch, I some how see that as being impossible.

True, it was Dice who created the patch, but if its anything like BF1942, which only became really good after a couple of patches were released, hopefully the same will hapen with BF2.

As for a release, JS will announce our plans about what will be happening, and hopefully we will all be back to enjoying our PRMM!

i for one havent had the time to sit down and test the 1.2 patch. and well i havent had a chance to play PRMM yet! so im thinking ill just leave the 1.2 patch and keep playing maybe go up another rank and get the rest of my unlocks until PRMM .3 comes out, ill be a happy camper.
