it should be intergraded in pr itself.
if several diffrent xpacks or bossterpacks would enter the fray, ppl would complain becuz of things xpacks that crash or do caant work togheter with another pack or soemthing, bf2/pr is full of bugs already.

and about the filesize would scare ppl,only hardcore pr fans would keep on downloading in sucha case,so we would get rid of teh whiny little noobs in pr

But look at it this way, who wouldn't want to download PR if it featured the U.S (Both Army & Marines), U.K, China, MEC, Insurgents, Militia, Canada, Poland, Russia, Israel + Hamas and Germany? That's 13 factions right there (15 if the ADF and Nordic Battlegroup Mods are approved).

Hell, I would every other game and just play PR with that amount of content. I wouldn't care what the filesize was either. Besides, like others I usually just have it download during the night when I sleep. The only real problem might be the potential for my connection to drop at a certain point. Had a terrible experience when trying to download a large file, only to have my connection drop at around 90%. So yeah, I would do it just like PR 0.7 in that there would be the core mod, and a separate levels download.

I'd be fine even if it was 10gb tbh, Im more interested if its on a good link or not.

They could just keep on splitting the maps into different packs if needed. I wish we had the CSS system where you just get whichever map as and when you need it
