Umm you disobeyed a direct order from your SUPERIOR. Yes you are at fault. What the hell is the point of having a squad leader if the squad doesnt follow him?

If you don't like a commander, you mutiny and do the job urself. If he wanted you to fall back it was probably for a good reason.

Also, this is a player side problem, not patchable I'm afriad.
