one that picks up an officer kit
one that knows how to set rallies
one that has voip...and constantly uses it. i really dont mind the constant chatter. makes game more entertaining when we have nothing to do. idk i always find that when a ppl dont speak for a while...its like theyre not even there
and my favorite SL is the one that splits our squad into 2 fireteams. cuz then u know there will be constant communication to keep the fireteams organized

-Proper communication skills with his troops, and the commander.
-Not an indecisive leader.
-Laid-back. Won't chew your head off when it wasn't your fault the enemies spot you.
-Tells people what to do, but not order. Suggesting kits and leading his men to defend or attack. I love leaders that assign me a special job. I'm often assigned as HAT or LAT. They know me too well.
-Gives e-pats on the back, even when their team doesn't win.
With those points said, I probably wouldn't make a good SL. I'm just fine following orders, and doing my best to achieve what s/he expects.

A cute butt.
No seriously though.
A cute butt.
Ha ha, just kidding.
No really.
What!?
Someone who keeps the RP up, isn't afraid to DEFEND, who uses VOIP well, and who can re-plan when the first plan goes TU.

1-Communication At all times !! keep the squad up and running , fill them in every second if need to ! keeps the squad all together and more effective of course
2-Office Kit , Rally Points through at the way !
3-having a good strategy , planing in tight situations .
4-knowing basic leading stuff (covering , flanking , suppressing...etc)
5-Taking Commander Orders Seriously ! and of course helping the commander in anything possible
like they say it ! , there is nothing more effective than a full squad on the battlefield , so if ur lucky u can be one of those 6 guys

I like it when they're dominant and demanding, kicking solo guys before they get 50ft into the landscape and even then they've already asked the guy where the fuck he was going. The SL knows what kit you need, you don't have to think about that. The SL knows where you are going, stay close and keep your eyes open. The best SLs are the ones that rarely fire their gun, they're too busy planning transports, rally points, kit outfits and talking to the commander.
An SL like that is rare, but when you find one, you know 3 minutes into the round, your squad is going to come out on top.
