I've had a problem with the gps not showing up. About 75% of the time its not there then sometimes its just randomly there. I don't know what else I can say about it, but does anyone know what the problem might be?

It's gone know and it only shows up when you are in vehicles.

Yes, the gps only shows when you press the spawn menu button (Caps Lock) and in vehicles

The minimap is gone for infantry. You can still see them in vehicles, spawn screen, squad screen.

A good alternative for the minimap is pressing M (default key for large map) to bring up the large map.
