Don't come back. We don't need a wishy-washy cry baby on the battlefield.

That, or just play something else for a few days/ weeks. Only you can change your attitude toward something.

The teamwork and communication witnessed in great squads. The defeats that can be great, not ending in a nadefest where you're outcapped and getting bombarded constantly.

The weapons, maps, vehicles, kits and gameplay aspects you'll be hard-pressed to find in another mod, or game for that matter.

Any idea's? Or am i just having an off day?
Learn to fly. Nothing more satisfying than transporting troops around and hearing "thanks!".

lol wut?

Insurgents have to be the bestest faction in PR, only fault are un-admined servers full of smacktards that play Basrah 24/7.
You get tons of SVDs, RPGs, like every third guy can have a grenadier (officer kit), uber-IEDs etc. People just don't play Insurgents right.

I wish that was true, But sadly the harsh reality is too great. People just love to Solo when they get a PKM, SVD, or RPG. I thought it stopped but i was wrong. Noone wants to do driveby's anymore.

Nothing was mentioned about Vanilla vs PR nor was there anything implying that. But it does look like you are looking for a reason to whine rather than offer criticism.

Anyways, PR is supposed to be a combined-arms type of game. Armor is suppose to dominate everything on the ground, only weapons take it out are your own armor, H-AT, or (on certain maps) laser air strikes.

Armor too tough? There are always alternative games. As you may know, PR does not suit everyone, if PR is too hard or difficult for you, there are always other games.

From the sound of things, perhaps you need adjust your gameplay like slow down your game rather than running into the thick of the action, getting outnumbered and annihilated. Stick with your squad, or get some of your friends to play with you (or get some friends to play with). Play on another server perhaps; or join the Tourny (which I hear is pretty fun) for a more "professional" experience. With these reasons, you shouldn't need anyone to convince yourself to play. If PR does not suit you, play something else/take a break.

Whatever you do, I know I won't be missing you.

Convince me not to click on the ArmA shortcut on my desktop, and instead Download PR again.

Last time I checked I wasn't a fanboy.

I'm not trying to get your hackles up, but it sounds like you're simply looking for reasons to not come back. So, instead of trying to create some way to garner attention for yourself, just... Uninstall... Go play another game if this one angers you, games are supposed to be fun.

There's been a few threads such as this, mainly from veterans with a similar rant.

All I can say is... If all you players that have quit or don't play as much did actually play, the PR battlefield would be filled with more experienced players.

@DavidP [deviation rant] Each version of this mod improves every time and I've seen some interesting posts on improving weapons ballistics but all of the hard work being done could go to waste if experienced players don't hang around.

Please stay and play, I may not have met you on the battlefield but we all contribute to the community positivly if we are for improved teamwork and gameplay. Seriously though, at least wait it out untill the mod is finished...
