Problem with SKS reload

I know it is not major but the chamber of the SKS stays open when it is out of bullets unlike in the game where it stays closed.

P.S great work on the MOD.

Realistic, yes, high on the DEV's priorities, no. It's a good spot but one that is unlikely to get changed...

In the BF2 engine it is afaik impossible to have more than one reload animation. So, there is no "closed if xxx, open if yyy", there is only a case xxx.

one more thing is it possible to add a bayonet to the SKS because of all the ones I have seen except the Chinese have a one foot long blade on them. I can take pics of mine if ya want :-D

The sks also has a fire selector anim. but it doesn't have more than 1 fire mode. I really don't care but if your going to bring up the flaws of the sks thats one of them.

I cant tell you how much i time i spent in .6 beta searching to see if there was something wrong with the game or my copy of the game or if the SKS wasnt supposed to have another mode of fire.

lol eddie. I also thought it was odd, but I don't believe in being wrong, so I just assumed it was someone else's issue.

EG, is it the SKS that can be easily converted to FA with the addition of a gum wrapper?

As far as the actual SKS goes, I know all us firearms freaks really want everything right, but would you rather have new features, or have the SKS be 2% better?
