and running right into the opposing side that just killed your buddies! (and being that they are searching for ammo in the first place, theyd probly be stuck with their pistol :(

actually, i wouldnt even want to see them with pistols. this would make them work together even more then they already are, i mean think about it 12 vs 24? i dont think the lack of ammo will cause a huge ruckus.

i think its perfect because i was watching this show shootout, and the rebel forces in baghdad i belive they carried one weapon and stashed other weapons in random spots. the way it worked was as soon as their gun ran out of ammo instead of reloading they just grab something else. it was AKs, RPGs, RPKs, and grenades, thats why i wouldnt want to see any pistols being used. when use forces would get close they would retreat to another weapons cache.

so maybe in addition to the one clip, there would be a weapons cache that they would have to go to. US can use C-4 to destroy the cache, so obviously it would be very important to protect. once that cache was destroyed the US would want to take over the flag or whatever in that area to push the MEC back.

Great ideas for objectives...

It'd be like Counter Strike, just bigger (and obviously more realistic).

Imagine USMC troops attacking, say, Sharqi Peninsula, to destroy the TV aerial atop the TV station. I don't know if you'd include the CPs, maybe 1 or 2 along the way for them to capture...

I think actual objectives on maps would make the combat alot more intense and more planning and coordination among squads would be required.

But... but... how is the MEC going to see Dr Phil if they blow up the antenna?
