well most of the game devs I've talked to is that what keeps developers out of the games industry is really them self's tbh, they dont go head hunting as such

When I'm done with PR I can then look onto what I want to do next

I dont want you go away, but you do a fantastic work with modeling, editing, codding and etc. You know how and could work with it.

I hope the "next" you said is something like PR 2
