10 things i loves abouts .75

-The deviation!
Nice! not too accurate, and not too inacurate. Just right! no more dolphin diving.

-Longer run
I have a bit more time to get the heck out of the way if im being attacked

-The Suppression Overlay!
WOW! i saw the youtube vid before the release and i liked it, this way i can actually know how close the enemy fire is. Civys are afraid of being shot!

-Armour turret stays in certain direction
Beautiful! do you know how long i was waiting for this, IN ANY GAME!?

-The Huey
Nice bird, very sencitive to movement and quick too.

-smoke launchers are the gunner's
The smoke on the driver's side was being used imappropriatly, always giving away the armour's position.

-NEW MAPS!!!
Bi Ming, is being used in a totally different way, it rocks! Everyone likes it. And Operation Archer has so much interesting spots in it and its massive, i have never seen mountains in BF2 so big!

-Crops
I CAN SEE CROPS AT OVER A KILOMETER!!! :O
Thats AMASING! people can now hide, for reals!

-Kits
I can see people holding kits now in insurgancy! before, i was always too afraid to shoot on sight, for the fear of hitting a civy! Now i yell out before i shoot and i can waste a bunch of them! :D

-AND!!!...Crewmen have spec ops weapons and they are three shot burst W007! i gets me an M4!

Agreed there are a hell of alot of great and much demanded improvements in .75
The suppression effect needs some adjustments (not be as severe at less than 30m so CQC is less like hitting a pinata and also kick in when going overhead as well).

Mainly, I love the new deviation. You still have to wait for accuracy, but up close you can actually fire on somebody point blank and hit, and your weapons aren't ridiculously inaccurate.

by the way, the MEC-crewman's MP5 rules. Sadly it wont be used in combat often, but i like SMG's :P

Too bad my FPS went down the sinkhole so I'm unable to play without suffering.

But hell what, my VGA is a terrible piece of antique and PR is definitely something worth investing to, so a new one should be there in a day or two :-P

I had surgery on my arm, and consequently, I cannot play. This sucks! I want to play .75 so badly!

i'm not sure if i'm really all that happy about drivers losing smoke.

I know for my clan our drivers are trained to use smoke in certain situations...it's just another thing for gunners to do, when they should be focusing on putting rounds on good target areas.

the deviation. eh... i dunno.. pkm i can barely hit anything, even though it looks like i'm hitting them..

trying to think of others as i go.

I have to agree. I think, 90% sure here, that it was Chuc who did most weapon sights retexturings. Everything looks tons better. I love the m4 and Ak sights! :)

Havent had enough time to see suppression effects in a full blown game, but Im stoked about it :) Ready to lay down a ton of fire!

I was on EJOD and an MEC squad held east of gardens for like 15mins using just creman kits,

why? - i don't know. But they were taunting the americans something fierce :lol:

The smoke launchers are on the turret itself. They face the direction the turret points. Kinda pointless if the driver has control of the firing of the launchers and the turret isn't even facing the threat. Problem solved with the launchers in control of the gunner. I don't like the switching delay time on the launchers though. I think the five or so seconds it takes is too long.

eh i can see the logic in it, but still.. the way i used to train my tankers was that the driver knew when and why he should use smoke. but we'll see how things go.

and could you guys address how the driver is.. left button does nothing.. right button.. goes into weird thermo + range finder (that might or might not even do anything?)
