Insurgent Binoculars

This is sort of a small detail item, but could the insurgents and militia NOT get the top of the line military binoculars? It's kind of stupid for an insurgent using a 50+ year old rifle, to have a pair of binoculars taht would cost him at least 2 of his mud houses. Maybe give them an old battered pair of binoculars but keep the same zoom.

I think its a function that they STEAL the weapons not get a discount and buy this stuff for 50% off

not like cell leaders gets a soflam, but this is a small detail. in the future a small skin re do and aiming thingy should be re done to have some veriety in the game

A reskin if anything would be okay, but its only an aesthetic thing, which in other words, is not priority.

^^ agreed. you can barely even see the the binoculars right now (aka you can only see the top part of it). speaking of aesthetic stuff...dont forget about the molotov cocktail!
