"ziet er strak uit" means "looks great" or for the germans here "sieht stark aus" (netherlands and german are very similar)

The HK417 is going to be our marksman so therefor it has a bipod.

the C-7 or was it the C-8 ? anyways, it will be one of the Diemaco M-4/M-16 license builds, i think it was the C-7 (Fullscale rifle, sometimes with a M-4 buttstock)

dutch stil use the regular buttstock on the C7 if i remember right.
